ⓘ This supersedes the Program Timeline issued 1 August 2026. Wave 1 phase dates were realigned on 5 August following review with Novara — Discovery now runs September–October 2026, Design October, Build December–January — the three overlapping discovery bars were consolidated into one, and a Launch / Go-Live phase was added to each wave. Waves 2–4 are deliberately held at outline level under the rolling-wave approach and gain detail as each wave’s discovery approaches.
